Grab a tube! This is probably the most fun you’ll have with water this summer! Watercolors are actually very accessible and versatile paints with unequaled amounts of creative potential.

Water is also a very active and multifaceted partner in the watercolor painting method. It differs from oil or acrylic paints that pretty much stay where they are put and dry more or less in the form they are applied. Water changes both the absorbency and shape of the paper when it is wet and the outlines and appearance of the paint as it dries.

It’s time to immerse yourself in this wonderful art medium. Join Lisa Louise Adams in four, exciting sessions exploring the rainbow in her “Watercolor 101” workshop. In the four one and a half hour sessions, you’ll learn watercolor painting basics and skills. By learning these basic fundamentals, you will be on your way to creating your very own masterpiece.

No previous experience needed. Bring your joy of discovery and sense of adventure.
