Instructor Zach Mermel will teach the basics of mushroom cultivation in the “Food From Wood: Growing Edible & Medicinal Mushrooms on Logs, Stumps, and Wood Chips” workshop on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9am – 12pm at Volcano Art Center Ni‘aulani Campus in Volcano Village.
Instructor Zach “The Mushroom Guy” Mermel will teach the basics of mushroom cultivation at Volcano Art Center on Saturday, April 16, from 10am – 3pm (please bring a lunch). Course fees are $40 for VAC members and $50 for non-members plus a $25 supply fee. Pre-registration is required.
Another addition of the the popular workshop, Mushroom Cultivation with Zach “The Mushroom Guy” Mermel will be held on Saturday, August 8, from 10am – 3pm (please bring a lunch). Mermel will teach the basics of mushroom cultivation at Volcano Art Center.
